I bet that you can use the imitation crab that you see in the stores for this one.
You're going to need:2 cans of minced clams drained
8 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 Tbsp. of light cream
2 Tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. of grated onion
2. Tbsp. of catsup
1 Tbsp. of horseradish
1/8 t. of red pepper
Just go on and mix everything except the clams together in a blender. Some folks add garlic powder or paprika. Stir in the clams after everything is mixed and adjust for taste.
You can also try this:
Using about the same measurements above, mix the following together:
Cream cheese
Lemon juice
2 Tbsp. of Lee & Perrins
Grated onion
Catsup
Horseradish
1/8 tsp. of Tabasco sauce
2 cans or more of minced clams.
