Banana Nut Bread

This is about the easiest nut bread recipe that I know of that has worked for me. I might not take this to a friend's house for supper, but if someone stopped by I would be happy to bring this out.

You are going to need:

*1 c. sugar
*2 beaten eggs
*2 c. flour
*3 ripe bananas
*One-and-one-half c. of butter
*3 Tbsp. of sour milk (just put 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar in a one-cup measuring cup and fill it up with milk. Stir it around and let it set for a few minutes. Or some folks just pour out some milk into a glass jar and let it set out uncovered overnight.)
*One-half of a cup of nutmeats that you like
*1 tsp. of soda

Cream your sugar and butter. Add your eggs and everything else in. Bake it at 350 for about 30 minutes in a loaf pan, but check it often with a toothpick.
