You are going to need:
* A non-stick muffin tin
* Shredded cheddar cheese
* Pickles
* Paper towels
Put some shredded cheddar cheese at the bottom of each muffin space on your muffin tin. Slice your pickles so that each piece fits in a muffin space, dry them off, insert your slices over the cheese, and add more cheese on top of each pickle slice. You want something thick but not so thick that you will have overflow or a half-cooked mess. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until the pickles and cheese are crispy. Take them out and let them set on paper towels to catch the excess grease. Serve with a spicy ranch dressing.
