* 3 cups of canned or fresh sweet potatoes
* 1⁄2 cup sugar
* 1⁄2 cup butter
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1⁄3 cup milk
And for your topping you're going to need:
* 1⁄3 cup melted butter
* 1 cup light brown sugar
* 1⁄2 cup flour
* 1 cup chopped pecans
You're going to have to get busy and do the following, but it isn't hard:
1. Boil and mash the potatoes if you didn't buy them canned. You do want to heat them up if you bought the canned ones.
2. Mix in your sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk.
3. Put all of this in a 13×9 inch baking dish.
For your topping melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients and sprinkle this on top of the potato mixture.
Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
