I hope that this...

is a place where working-class people will feel at home and come to take a rest between our battles. I hope that you will find something here that will give you comfort and rest or energy to keep going forward, something to nourish you. Some things will get posted here that I don't fully endorse or agree with, but those things are here because I believe that they have a positive and uplifting message. If you see something here that is copyrighted or is yours and you want it taken down, please believe that I was not aware of the restrictions and that it will come down immediately after you contact me. I often lift posts from Ravenous Butterflies, Appalachian Americans, and The Contemplative Monk Facebook pages for use on this blog. Please "friend" them both on Facebook. I also often use posts from the Blind Pig & The Acorn blog. Please visit with them and support them.
