Easter greetings from a friend in Guatemala

 “Happy Easter to everyone

I share with you:

The word Easter (passover in Latin, weigh in Hebrew) means PASO.

In the case of the Jews it represents the cross of the Red Sea, i.e. the STEP of slavery towards freedom;

For Catholics, the Resurrection of Christ is commemorated, that is, the STEP from death to eternal life.

Even for atheists it means the supremacy of the spirit over matter.

That's why this Easter I wish with all my heart that we encourage and take that STEP,

He, who makes us happen:

From Resignation to Action.

From indifference to solidarity.

From complaining to finding solutions;.

From distrust to sincere embrace.

From fear to courage to bet everything again for love.

From shamelessly picking up the pieces of broken dreams to starting over.

From self-sufficiency to sharing failure and successes.

To make peace with our past so that it does not ruin our present, And to know that it is of no use to be light, if we cannot light someone's path.

That deep in our hearts may we be able to recognize what is the STEP we need to have a full life.
